Announcements
The next meeting of the Lanier Striper Club will be on Tuesday, February 7th and will be at the normal location, Roanoke Baptist Church which is located approximately one-half mile west of the dam on Buford Dam Rd. Dinner at 6:30, meeting at 7:00 p.m.
We will be offering dinner for $10 for which you will need to purchase and present a meal ticket in order to eat.

The LSC recently donated fishing equipment to the USACE's project in which they established a catfish pond for people with disabilities to enjoy. Read about it on page 10 of the July 2010 issue of Lakeside News.

About Our Club
The Lanier Striper Club holds monthly meetings on the first Tuesday of every month, dues are 5 dollars a month. The meetings are held at various locations around Lake Lanier. We have an optional home cooked meal at 6:30 which costs 10 dollars. In the event the meeting is held at a restaurant, you may purchase a meal but it is not required. Visitors are always welcome to attend, join, or just observe. The Lanier Striper Club strives to maintain a family atmosphere and family and friends are always welcome. We hold monthly competitions among one another and many activities through out the year such as the SEEDS event, fish fry, and the Christmas party. We also hold frequent cook outs in coordination with other activities on lake. We are especially proud of our Fun Fest Tournament that involves the best anglers in the area in friendly competition.
